Returns Policy

All sales are final.  However, Heflin and Thrall Language Publications, Inc. guarantees that our products are free from manufacturing defects. We will replace any item to be found otherwise. If you receive a defective product, you must contact us immediately.  Such replacement issues must be addressed within 30 days of the date the product is ordered, with proof of purchase required.

Shipping

All shipping is measured in business days (Monday-Friday).  We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.  All orders placed before 5 P.M. CST Monday through Thursday will be shipped the following business day. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped out the following business day.

Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  For international orders, please email us at mail to: sales@spanish-for-kids.com. 

Orders received by mail will take longer to process.
